Traits Required

  • Warm, friendly, good-natured personality
  • Outgoing and welcoming
  • Willingness to assist in other roles and tasks. We are a startup medspa with few hands on deck. Each team member is expected to help in multiple ways beyond their designated title/role.


  • Welcoming new and existing clients into Flycatcher
  • Day-to-day organization and clean up of the space
  • Assisting with opening and/or closing
  • Assisting with retail sales
  • Answering phone calls and responding to other inquiries

This is a part-time role starting out. 10 to 15 hours will be expected each week. Ideally, this would be the same days and hours each week.

Experience and skills required

If you have prior experience working for a medical facility or even a medspa specifically, that is a bonus but not a requirement. Customer service experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc. is also valued.

Human skills are valued the most- listening with empathy, looking a client in the eye, being genuine, carrying a conversation, etc. Your personality must fit in with our team and with our clients.
